There was an initial phone screening with HR, followed by zoom interview with hiring manager. After the zoom interview, you are asked to provide a writing sample within a 48 hour window.

Entretien
Fairly standard. Screening call, then video interview, then an editing task. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and seemed to really enjoy their work and their experience at Hyland.
The rejection email was formulaic and generic but they did encourage you to reach out for more feedback, which is more than most places do!
