Interviewer called without trying to set up an interview time first. She then spent five minutes telling me how I'm not qualified for the role and asked if she was correct. After I explained my qualifications she repeated that I don't have the current skills they need and asked a second time for me to confirm if I was qualified. She then spent a few minutes explaining how the property has had high turn over and is in bad shape. She even said she would schedule me time to come in a do a property tour to see what help the property needs. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks then got a generel canned rejection. One of the single most unprofessional interviews I have ever expierenced and the recruiter needs to go through interview training.
