lasted about 10 minutes, offered me the job on the spot. They didn't really ask me questions, moreso told me their situation and wanted to see if I was "determined" enough to join the team and help execute events

The Group Senior Event Planner performed the interview and asked personal and professional questions regarding the position. Hyatt previously hired me in a different position and they upgraded me as a meeting planner.

Entretien
First had a screening with HR over the phone. Interviewed with Director of Events and Associate Director of Events - had the option to do it in person or over a video call. Following the 2nd interview, they requested I do a competency quiz that I had (I think) about 2 hours to complete. Basic questions on what you would do in X scenario in the events world.
