Personal interview with a Banquet Captain. Interview set-up by HR, but Interviewer unaware of scheduled appointment. Did not take any notes, did not ask for references, did not express any follow-up information, as she was in the middle of a function, and the unknown interview with myself was unexpected to her. No Company letterhead or interview paperwork was utilized, nor was there ever a follow-up call or email expressing acknowledgement of the interview process even taking place. This was a well-known 4 star resort. Surprisingly unprofessional.
