Sent in app. They called me in for an interview in about 3-4 days. Interviewed with HR Manager. She reviewed my app. and resume and asked a few questions about my work experience and history. They were also looking for help in their deli which she encouraged me on. I indicated I was more interested in a front end position as that is what I am most experienced in and do best. I was offered 10.00/hr to start part time and accepted. Filled out additional paperwork and did orientation same day.
Very easy, took less than 30 minutes and asked very simple questions to get a feel for your personality. It’s a very simple role so this is not that surprising.

Not very difficult in my opinion. This is a checker position--they are just trying to understand basic values and decency. Which shouldn't be a problem as long as you have them.
No prep required, I would say.
Pretty easy interview. Just answered what the interviewer asked me. Got the job a week later. The interviewer was very nice, I had some nervous moments but I got over them after I got settled in
