The first thing I noticed was the lack of organization at the plant. I arrived, and to access the facility, you had to call a phone number for access to drive through a locked gate. The phone number went to voicemail. I called my interviewer, and also received voicemail. I called HR, and again, voicemail. After twenty minutes of waiting in my car, someone let me in.
I then walk to the office, which has a sign on the door explicitly stating that all interviewees need to go to another building within the compound. To access the other building, I had to walk through an unmarked shipping yard. After I arrive at the other building, I was informed the sign was incorrect, and they've been meaning to take it down due to frequent confusion. I was instructed to walk back to the first building, where I need to ring a doorbell and wait for my interviewer to fetch me.
I walk back, and press the doorbell. The doorbell is broken and no one knew to come get me. As I already tried calling and did not hear back, my only course of action was to wait. After ten more minutes, someone walked by and noticed me waiting outside, and let me in.
My interview began late due to the chaos of entering the facility. The interview lasted roughly one hour and was relatively standard.
