It was easy. The questions were reasonable. Anyone could have answered them. I loved how they made refrigerators and wanted to help make the refrigerators with them. I passed the interview process, but I decided to turn down the job because Harry Hussmann told me I wouldn't be a good fit.
It was a basic behavioral interview with a panel of management about experience, skills and personality traits. Went through two rounds of remote interviews 2 weeks apart both times organized through email and zoom

One phone interview with a panel of managers. Typical behavioral questions, how you deal with conflict/work in teams. Then some general engineering questions about what projects I was working on. In addition, some basic questions about CAD software. Which program I was familiar with etc.
