Initially there was a phone interview with project manager and a second interview over the phone with the architect. I was asked to come down to their Portland office for face to face interview. The interview process was well organized and all the stages happened on time without delay; I was interviewed by architects and managers; The questions were very focused to what they were currently working on; They took me out for lunch; Made me feel very comfortable; They made an offer within 1 week. Salary had to be negotiated. After I rejected their offer, they came back with an offer close to what I asked. Overall it was a great experience.
