Entretien
Applied directly through their career site, HR contacted after shortlist and requested interview date. Interview process was 2 pronged. First with the PMO and then with team both were detailed and well structured. They were open to questions and explained the role well. I asked them further details about the position upfront, that helped with directing the conversation and mapping my skills to their requirement. Post interview I sent over a thank you note through the HR and they were happy to pass it on.

What are your expectations on growth at Huntington?
Very well planned interview process. The first step is a phone interview to weed out the resumes that included all the right key words for the computer to pick it up, but the candidates are not actually qualified. Second step is a day of multiple interviews. This is nice because it keeps you from having to go back multiple times. After, the multiple interview day, they will chose a candidate at a fair pace.

Typically a modern interview has less to do with the stereotypical "Interview Questions", and more to do with a pleasant dialogue to determine if you fit the requirements of the job. You cannot fake a dialogue as easy because you will run out of personal experience to draw from.

Entretien
I was contacted via a recruiter via LinkedIn because I had a similar job title at a competitor. There was one phone interview that lead to setting up an in person interview. They were helpful in getting everything arranged and it was done rather quickly. The interview process only lasted 2-3 hours start to finish and included 3 separate 1 on 1 interviews. They were open about questions and gave ample time to respond to the job offer.
