The interview process was a joke. The outlines of my job description did not at all match what I was actually doing in once hired in. I feel that the only reason I was hired in was to make it look like a diverse workplace.

The interviewers were really down to earth and make me feel comfortable in a friendly environment. It didn’t feel like an interview; it was more like a conversation. It was a great atmosphere!
Was prompted to complete an online survey consisting of a personality assessment and logic component. Upon completion was given 48 hours to complete an online interview, which consisted of 3 questions where you had 2 opportunities to give recorded responses.

Entretien
The first step was a video interview where you record yourself answering 3 questions, the tool was very easy to use. After I had a few interviews in different branches, and my last one was over the phone because of the COVID, everyone went very smoothly and professionally. They explained the role and the branch activities, how they expect me to work and the next step of the process.
