Had a phone screening with a recruiter, then one round of interview with my manager, with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Got a response after around 1-1.5 weeks.
Interview process was pretty standard at first--met with hiring manager and then subsequently two other managers who asked about my experience and tested my competence with the relevant area. Although the interviews were all positive, the post-interview communication was lacking. I presume I did not get the job, but never heard back from the company one way or the other.
Very simple, met with three people over the course of two weeks. Great interviews, easy, with thoughtful questions and topics. Ended up taking the role and understanding what was expected
