The Process took 1 day and the main focus was on the previous work that i had done in my organizations. They wanted to know like what things you have been doing and how you have been doing them. Details like data model, architecture, tech stack were asked by them. The worst part was the compensation discussion with the management. They commit one number during the discussion and send a lower number in the offer.
