Competency and skills based interview process. Four stage process using teams with cross functional leaders over a period of about a month. Engaging experience with plenty of opportunity to discuss the role and organisation.

Entretien
The interview process started out like many other companies; an email from a recruiter to get ball rolling. Unfortunately, that is where the punctuality and professional halted. My first interview (scheduled a week ahead of time) started over an hour late because the interviewer did not show up until then. This interview felt as if the person was bragging about the company while scrutinizing my resume. Despite this I was put through for a 2nd interview, virtual this time. This interview arrived 10 minutes late after they had stated they had no excuse and almost forgot about the interview. I urge Humanscale to set standards for its recruitment process before asking for talented people to work for them. I was told about Humanscale's "great reputation", multiple times during the first interview, this surely doesn't live up to the claim.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of two rounds for the sales intern position in New York, New York. The first interview was conducted by someone in HR/recruitment. That interview was very casual. During this interview you simply introduced yourself and learned about the role. The second interview was with the head of learning and development. This interview was a little more serious but was still very casual.
