It was very routine interview process, but they haven't forgotten what a good interview process involves. We went well over the alotted time, but it was to get & give the best impression for both sidesđ. I didn't get past the first round, but I was able to ask all my questions.
Questions I was asked were based around culture, strategy, revenue expectations, and omnichannel knowledge.
Humanly actually called me to tell me why I wasn't chosen lack of Paid Media Experience. I had hoped my organic and SEM success would have carried this opportunity but not a lot of companies actually do feedback interviews so I greatly appreciated that- we connected on LinkedIn after. Who knows what will happen I would happily interview with them again - if they were interested.
