Entretien
Three rounds of interview. One to gauge communication which was at the local office in Asia. The other was for skill set for Customer Success from general questions to very specific scenario based questions.

Entretien
First step was a phone screen; second step included in-person interviews with several people at the office. Super quick process in terms of turn-around, except no one got back to me to let me know they weren't moving forward with my candidacy (and I sent follow-up thank you notes). A bit unprofessional. Overall though, people seemed cool (albeit find it odd that their CEO is based in Panama, while their offices are in SF, Pakistan and Serbia).
