Made it through 4 rounds: initial screening, Presentation round, Case Study round, and Behavioral Interview. For the presentation, a select amount of information about the company was given and I was expected to create and present a slideshow. Overall process up to this point took nearly 6 weeks. Case study was a live assessment and the behavioral interview drew upon previous experiences. Was rejected shortly after the behavioral interview was conducted and no feedback was provided. This was pretty disappointing given the amount of time invested into the interview process, both in terms of effort put in to the Presentation round as well as the length of the process (6 weeks up to this point). Felt like a waste of time since not even a single point of feedback was provided; the lack of transparency is frustrating and leaves room for improvement in the interview process. Recruiter was also quite slow with setting up times to speak with the right interviewer. Overall every interviewer was professional. However the lack of feedback leaves me wondering if the interview scoring is judged in a standardized way without implicit bias.
