One phone screen with HR and then an on-site interview. Once on site, I sat with 3 people that I assume do the same job. They didn't introduce themselves so I don't know what their title is, officially. The environment inside is one of the most depressing places I've seen. It was very outdated (think Mad Men decor), dark, and dirty. Nobody was happy looking. Essentially, I wanted to leave the second I walked in. The question/answer session of the interview was conducted by three people. None of them introduced themselves either, so I have no idea if they are managers or what they do at Humana. I asked some questions about how they live parts of their mission statement and got very generic statements and blank stares. It's only been a day since my interview but if anything was offered to me I would decline it immediately.

Applied online, they sent me a questionnaire via email to fill out and return, asking about experience and how I would handle certain situations. Then followed up with a group interview. 3 people went around the room and asked 20 questions.
