Great interview it was straight forward and easy to get along with the managers and have a normal conversation. I enjoyed it very much, plus I got the job! I had a decent sales background so I was able to highlight this

Phone Interview (15 min) very generic quetions, in person interview with 2 FLLS, the more experience you have the higher salary you are offered. They do a large push for new hires every June for the next AEP season, they will hire you without a license
