Applied online week later was contacted by a recruiter and immediately was scheduled for a montage video interview. Had the second interview and everything was straight forward. It was a behavioral interview so the interview was not too difficult for me. The interviewer was very honest about the description and she answered all my questions. Two hours later I was offered the job at a great salary. Can't wait for training in September.

The process included the Montage interviewing system, with two of the immediate supervisors for position. They were both extremely friendly and professional. The questions were situational and followed the format of problem, intervention, and outcome. They have additional candidates to interview, so there was no offer provided.

The interview was virtual and of average difficulty. The interviewer was not forthcoming about what job actually turned out to be. The emphasis of metrics over members was downplayed susbstantially.

The process started out with a 5-10 minute automated interview where each question had a preset time limit. In the weeks that followed, I had a formal phone screening with an HR recruiter, a 1 hour video conference with a panel of 3 different leaders from the team. Lastly, a written sample was required. Once an offer was made and accepted, a background check and drug screening was required.
