Though the process was lengthy, each encounter felt more relaxed and conversational like. I had my first interview with the Hiring Manager, my second interview was with a Manager of a collaborating team and the associate who vacated the role I was applying for, and the third interview was with the Director of the department. I applied in early July, had an interview the same week, 3 weeks later was the second interview, and 2 weeks following that was the final interview. I started in mid-September.
