applied online, then got a call a couple of weeks later for a phone interview, that went well. a couple of days later, i was called in for a face to face interview. Interview was with Supervisor and Manager. Interview was int he STAR format, lasted about 30 mins. Got a call the next day with a conditional offer pending my background and drug test.
