Went through some initial phone screens asking basic personality and ability questions. Attended in in person interview with my manager, their peer, and the director. From there I received an offer a couple days later. Very light technical questions. Was anticipating much more detailed questioning. Much of the interview was them talking about how the business worked.

They were quick to respond to my application. Also made the phone interview very enjoyable and low pressure. They explained the job responsibilities and checked to make sure i understood. Overall it was just a good experience and gave me a good first impression for what it would be like working here.
