Many interviews, little structure. People did not seem to be interested in being there. Maybe it was just the group or the level of the role. Big company so could be factor.

The interview process consisted of 4 interviews and was a very smooth process. Within a few days I got an email for The first Interview, which was a pre recorded montage voice, in which the recording ask you about 5 questions and gives you a few seconds before you answer. Next was phone interview with recruiter followed by two web cam interviews with the managers. Each interview was within about a week of one another and a very smooth process. Know each and every step and time frames. The interviews where very comfortable and Humana was very open.

Online application, then written test during interview. Not too hard, not too difficult. All stuff you would have learned in college during finance or computer courses. No phone interview was conducted.

Applied online, recieved a call from the recruiter the next day, then had an interview a few days later. The recruiter provided some good information but made their company seem like they would support the candidate throughout the whole process and provide feedback but that was not the case. The interviewer was a bit rude and diminished my experience.
