I have applied for multiple roles now for instructional designer. I even had a referral for one role. They didn't even so much as reach out to me for a phone screening. WITH A REFERRAL! What do you have to do in order to get a job with this company if networking won't even help?

First round was a one-on-one interview. Second round was a four person team interview and a presentation demo of your choosing. I also had an online survey to complete prior to the interview.
