I applied and filled out the application and question prompts. Waited a few weeks and got a first round interview for the internship. Scheduled the interview and had to be ready to answer questions about the foundation and myself.

There were three rounds of interviews. Some of their questions included why do you want to intern at HRC and what do you wish to get our of this experience.

The interview was relatively awkward, I do not usually experience that. I was asked some behavioral questions, some why HRC questions and then about my experience with internship related stuff.
