Kind, interactive, adaptive; great interviewers and questions. Conducted over the phone. Conducted by Legal Director. I received an offer shortly thereafter. I recommend the place to others. And think the organization does great work for LGBT rights.

Went through two rounds of interviews. Both are with legislative counsel at the HRC. Around a 2 week wait time between the two interviews. Received offer letter a couple week after that. Overall good experience. Interviewers were nice and courteous.
