J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Human Rights Campaign (Miami, FL) en janv. 2018
Entretien
I was invited with other interviewees to a small and humble office in a corner of a large building. There was an informal group info session explaining the different positions and duties and after about an hour or two the individual interviews began in a separate room. I was explained the organization's pride for low pay for its workers because it is a non-profit and cares about the issues. The hours are 9-5:30 PM. There are no benefits for canvassers or field managers, only directors. Canvassers make $9 an hour plus a small percentage of any money raised over quota.

Question 1
How would you deal with someone who agrees with the issues you advocate for but thinks one vote doesn't make a difference?
