Very disappointing experience. During discussions, they promised a salary of ₹1.2–1.4 lakh/month, but the final offer was only ₹50,000/month — less than half and way lower than my existing offer. They also gave false hopes about opportunities to work in Singapore. After speaking to multiple employees, I found that no one actually got those chances. It seemed like a tactic to attract candidates without real intent. They don't provide any basic benefits: no medical insurance, no transport allowance, no internet reimbursement, no PF, and no tax support — everything is self-managed. Overall, the process felt misleading, disrespectful to candidate time and expectations.
