This company is a joke. They interview a batch of candidates with a person in mind. will drag you through multiple interviews with a presentation that has no guidelines of what they are actually looking for. No respect for time. their leadership from top down is terrible. Multiple people who work there have the same opinion. Lay offs for the sake of making their numbers look good because they are 'going public' which has been pushed off multiple times as they struggle to do so.

they asked me about my past experiences and to describe strategies I was using to be successful. additionally, they wanted to know what I do to get better. it helped that I was able to do a lot of research before the interview. it also helped that the manager that I was interviewing me had sold before so she was able to see my perspective and understand my journey.

Entretien
3 step interview process. Regional Manager, Regional VP, and then the CFO.
Passed through the Regional Manager and Regional VP said I would be having a final interview. Did not hear back from them for 5 weeks. Even then I had to heard from the recruiter I was working with. Incredibly unprofessional and a joke of an organization.
