The process was good and smooth, the interviewer is super kind and patient. They help me go through the interview problems and figure out the final solution. I feel pretty comfortable during the whole time, nice experience.
Simple process overall, recruiters are very old-school from a tech perspective. Typical flow of behavioral, followed by some paired programming interviews. I had no reference. A lot of emphasis on work culture, but offered salary came up lackluster overall.

Entretien
1 phone interview and 4 hour onsite at Santa Monica, CA. Interviewers were friendly. Algorithms and data structures was the focus for most part. There was also one system design question.
