I went to the so called College Day. It took almost 4 hours of the whole interview. And I got rejected 3 days after.

3. On-site interview/campus day(almost all company is interviewing). 3 round of interviews with your future group members and managers.

The whole process took about 4 weeks+. I applied online. Recruiter called me to schedule an in person interview. There were about 4 rounds, took about 2 to 3 hours.
