The process was lengthy and got an automated response that I did not get the job about a month after my interview. I think it would have been nice to hear from the person I interviewed with and maybe a reason why they chose to not hire me.

I applied online through a job posting on their website, providing my resume and portfolio. I was invited to participate in an "E Interview", which was a microsoft work document with questions that I was asked to fill out and email back.
