Although I did not proceed with the interview process, my experience was pleasant. I applied in October 2017 and received a request for an interview nearly 3 weeks later. During my call with the Financial Aid Director, working on the logistics of the planned interview, we discussed the compensation and other items. Based on a salary range of $33,000-36,000 and my anticipated commute to work, I had to decline the interview. The whole process was professional and I appreciate when employers are upfront about the salary expectations. HVCC seems to be a great school with an exciting future!
