2. Codility Test: A technical assessment to evaluate coding skills.
3. First Interview: Discussions with QA Lead, Manager, Senior Manager, and Product Manager, focusing on cultural fit.
4. Final Interview: A 30-minute review of the Codility test, followed by 45 minutes discussing cultural fit with the Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager.

Can you tell us about a time when you disagreed with a team member or manager? How did you resolve the conflict while maintaining positive relationships?
First stage interview is about getting to know you as a candidate. I was asked about my experience and projects I have worked on in the past. I would say the process is what you would expect for an initial interview.
