Was connected through Hired and promised the world. Was told differences in tech stack didn't matter as they're happy to onboard engineers with different backgrounds. Had a screening call with the recruiter and promised a follow up with the tech assessment. Rejected several days later because my tech stack background didn't align with the tech used by the company. Complete waste of my time.
