I applied online originally for an HR position because a sales position was not open. Interviewed and got denied. Then about 2-3 weeks later I get a message from the same woman that interviewed me before asking if I would be interested in a sales position and if so she wanted to set me up an interview with the sales team. Interviewed with 3 different members of a sales team the next week and then 3 days later received an offer. It was super nice that they kept an eye out for a position they thought I would be a better fit for.

Initial phone screen with Human Resources in which they asked basic questions. Next was given a project related to sales to complete and finally had an in person 2 hour interview with multiple sales reps and manager.

Three interviews; one with HR, one with a sales manager and one with a group of sales managers. They asked a variety of questions regarding my background and experience and sales-specific scenario questions.
