Twice, a friend applied (with a gap of a year), and both times, experienced internal recruiters did a screening interview, and never got back - not even a courtesy to say they don't want to proceed. They effectively ghosted the candidate, never replied to emails even. Now, I understand that it has been an Employers' market, and jobs are difficult to come by, but when companies do things like this, why would anyone trust them?

The recruiter asked things like "how many people have you managed?" and some personal intro questions. This was just a screening interview.

Entretien
There was no technical interview, i only got a HR round where they didn't ask me about myself and even didn't allow me to express much. They only told me me about the company and the role but the HR also seemed a lot clueless about the company.
That interview didn't last much and few days later i got a templated email of rejection without any reason.
A total waste of time.

Entretien
I had a First recruiter screening interview and I really enjoyed it. We had a 30 minutes zoom call. Interviewer was very friendly and it was a very nice experience for me.
