I received a call from HR and answered some interview questions. Then set up in person interview with two managers. The call was about half an hour and the in person was about an hour.

Phone interview then face to face with the manager of the department and asst. Manager. Almost 3 weeks later they call and offer the job. They email background request forms esign everything.
