Entretien
A initial phone screening which the company is looking for a brief background of you and knowledge of the company. Next step is an in person interview with a Senior Account Manager and Director. This lasted about 40 minutes where they asked questions about my resume but also any customer service experience. Last part of the interview is a interview with one of the vice-presidents. The whole process went very smooth and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
