Two interviews, very straight forward. Polite people, with the option of having a video or audio call for the first interview. The second interview will have a question about bouldering.

There were two stages for the interviews the first stage is easy. For the second stage, they will give you a piece of paper, where u have 15 mins to practice a mock orientation for bouldering. I suggest to be creative and be yourself. You will have lots of fun at this place.

Applied online. Got an interview within a week. The process was in two stages, a first question based interview and a second situational interview. The first was pretty basic and nothing out of the ordinary. In the second interview they gave a sheet of paper with the script for a bouldering orientation and asked you to perform a mock orientation. They then gave a situation on paper and asked for you to write down your answer and then explain it.
