My uni sent my profile to the interviewer. Then the interviewer contacted me through e-mail. After that, the interview was arranged. There's only one technical interview. The 2 interviewers were my line manager and the senior colleague who worked with me directly.

Short phone call with HR person, who asks general questions about why Im fit for the job and why I want to work there etc.
Longer phone call with head of team, who asked many technical questions about CPU architecture.

Asked multiple questions on broad areas of CPU architecture and microarchitecture and whether Ive worked on them.
Asked about compilers, differents ISAs etc and what projects Ive done with them. When i mention a project Im probed further and asked to describe it in more detail.
