Forst an HR screening call. Then initial call with the hiring manager. As a last step, a detailed presentation comparing two products with their technical analysis on site. That entails interviews with multiple related teams.
Received a call which was scheduled for 40 minutes and I was told it won’t be technical. But it went on for an hour and was completely technical. The person who mailed didn’t even speak a word on the call. Really strange process
