initially contacted by colleague for lunch, followed by another lunch interview with his manager. Then was invited for an on site panel interview with a couple interviewers participating from the bridge. Went over my resume and was asked several follow up questions. A week later, had a phone interview with HR manager. Another week later, and I had an offer to consider.
