The process started with a phone call from HR and went over some general questions. Then an interview with the manager of the department was scheduled via teleconference. After that interview, I was called for another one with the regional manager.

this is a walk-in interview consist of hr interview, user interview, and final interview. They will tell you directly either you passed the interview or not. Then after final interview, i took psikotest before the offering details
