Job Offer via University Job list, first contact with the company was direct with the Manager of the Dept. 1 1/2 weeks after got a call from the manager to schedule a face-to-face interview. 1 week after got a call from another manager regarding technical questions as well as from the Team Leader of the Position to ensure other technical questions. 2 weeks after got a call from HR to define the date to begin.

That had to do all intervews via phone call
The process was not cinducted by HR is wasnt coear at the begging
they have three phases of interview. the first is the initial with hr which is followed by the technical with their engineers then one final interview with the head of their department.
