Interview process was very fast. First a phone call approach, then 2 on site interviews including 1 technical and 1 from HR. Straight forward needs expression and clear targets presentation. Difficulty on bilingual communication with interviewer.

Stimolante, con interessanti domande di carattere tecnico. Persone cortesi e accomodanti, pronte a metterti a tuo agio. Processo rapito e veloce. Il colloquio dura circa 60 minuti. Uffici super moderni.

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.
