Normally there are four series of interview: User, HR recruitment team, Director, and Offering. But it depends on what specialization of technical skills the interviewee has. There can be several User interviews on that. Taking a glance at the company culture and work style, interviewee will see bunch of people mobilize in and out while working, having meeting, team arrangement, whole for project accomplishment. Get used to it.
