The HR scheduled my interview . I attended the 1st round and they told me they will call me for second round latter as the manager was not available that day . After 2-3 days the HR called again and scheduled the manager round after 2-3 days . I attaended the interview and it was ok . Latter after some days i mailed the HR to know the status of my interview , but she did not reply again after around 10 days i send a reminder to inform me about the result and again no reply. Latter i came to know from my friend (working in huawei) they have put my profile on hold. Till now after 40 days i have not recieved any mail from the HR . I felt very bad as they are not following basic HR process to reply my querry / mail . After all its a RTI to know your result when you spend 3-4 hour to attend the interview.

Mostly technical and partly main reason of joining the company. The interviewer was very proffesional. There will be few stages of interview subject to the position applied. The HR was very helpful and will try to their best to match our requirements.
