Extremely informal. They seem to not be so much interested in your experience but everything you can tell them about competitors, etc. -- Try not to budge. They ask extremely innappropriate (personal) questions, even more if you are a woman in your 30's. Also, they are talking advantage of other companies's layoffs. just like other companies, but they take it very far: they may offer you a position with the lowest possible salary, have you complete all required documentation in their systems in order to be hired and talk about starting dates, and after a couple of days they would rescindided it... just because! This happened to me just recently. Apparently, they HR and business directions would change every other day. So disrespectful and even cruel during these times that it may take many months to find something remotely good. So I got an offer? YES. Did I Accept it? YES. Bud I did't even declined it, they rescind it
