Aptitude test only at the initial stage. They did want to progress to a second interview but it took a long time for them to decide on this and I'd already found something else.

It was a very nice experience from start to finish. I’ve applied for an account handler position via LinkedIn and their internal recruiter messaged me to say the hiring team would like to interview me. She’s set up the 1st online interview which was around 30 minutes. The hiring team told me they will contact me by the end of the week to let me know if I’ve made it to the second round, which they did. The second interview and a technical test was scheduled soon after and lasted around 2 hours. I had a chance to meet a few members of the team and have been shown around the building. Everyone person I met on the day was very friendly and down to earth.
